“During the 2008-2009 school year, I along with two colleagues participated in a web based conference through POWERHOUSE CONFERENCES facilitated by Renee Cormier. We participated in the Rules of Engagement series; a series focused on leadership secrets for engaging employees. We participated through several web based dialogues of approximately one hour in length. On one occasion we held a face-to-face meeting. Both approaches worked well.
